Erin is the Chief Operating Officer at Darnell Law Group and has been an integral part of the firm for over 25 years. She began her career with the firm as a family law legal assistant, building a strong foundation in legal practice and client service. As the firm grew, Erin progressively took on responsibility for bookkeeping and financial management, and later expanded her role to include human resources, overseeing the firm’s people, systems, and operations.

With deep institutional knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach, Erin plays a key role in supporting the firm’s lawyers and staff and ensuring the firm operates efficiently and professionally.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys camping and all things hockey.
