Harsimran is a dedicated Family Law litigator. As a member of Darnell Law Group, he assists clients in resolving a wide range of family matters, including parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, as well as complex property division. In addition, he prepares and enforces Cohabitation and Separation Agreements.

Harsimran also helps clients plan for incapacity through the drafting of powers of attorney, representation agreements, and committeeship applications.

Recognizing that every client’s situation is unique, Harsimran tailors his approach to meet individual needs. While he encourages mediation and alternative dispute resolution, he understands that litigation may be necessary in high-conflict cases. Regardless of the approach, his priority is always to achieve long-term, stable outcomes that minimize the need for future litigation and its associated emotional and financial burdens.

Harsimran is a lifelong resident of the Lower Mainland, and is passionate about his roots in Surrey, B.C. Harsimran has a deep understanding of the challenges families in the region face and the resources available to support them.

In his spare time, Harsimran enjoys spending time with his family, working out and taking his German Shepherd, Sophie, on long walks.
